NEW RELEASES (30.06.2009)
Our last Newsletter brings you new products not only from Czech producers (4+, AML, AZ MODEL, BRENGUN, CMK, GRIFFON, LF, PAVLA, PLANET, PLUSMODEL, REAL, REJI, RESIN ART and SPECIAL HOBBY), but also many imported products (ACE, A-MODEL, ART, AVIS, IBG, MAESTRO MODEL, MASTER, MIRAGE HOBBY a SKY-HIGH). We have added announced August releases from EDUARD, several new kits from RVHP and also couple of models that are already on the way to us (ICM, RODEN, SKIF and UNIMODEL).

NEW COMPANY - MASTER (11.06.2009)
We would like to introduce you a new Polish company that produces outstanding barrels for aircraft (Air Master) in 1/32 and 1/48 scales and for ships (Sea Master) in scale 1/350. You can check their products here.

We have finally been able to make an important feature regarding change of e-mail in customer's account (profile). From now on, you can change your e-mail address anytime you need. Just go on this page, log in and you will see your e-mail right under "password section". If you wish to change your current e-mail address, just write a new one there and hit button "Update e-mail". Your e-mail address will be updated.

THREE NEW BRANDS IN OUR CATALOGUE (29.03.2009)
We are very happy to bring your products from three new companies, only SBS MODEL from Hungary exists a bit longer than the other two. Czech RESIN ART and Polish SILVER WINGS are really very new brands.

NEW COMPANY - JH MODELS (05.11.2008)

We are proud to present you nice wooden tools from Czech brand called JH MODELS. These wooden stands will help you when building, painting or even transporting your models of aircraft. You can use them for aircraft of different scales, products 72xx can be used for airplanes in scale 1/72, or smaller types in 1/48 (or bigger types in 1/144). Stands in range 48xx can be used for models in scale 1/48, 1/32 or even in 1/24, but also for big kits in 1/72 scale. I guess you will get the idea after you check the pictures of all of them. You can find them here.

KOPRO MODELS (05.11.2008)

We regret to inform you that due to a strong disagreement with new owner of KOPRO models we decided to withdraw all KOPRO models from our catalogue. We have only couple of them left in stock, we will not be getting more of them. You will actually find a complete range on our website, but will not be able to ad it to a shopping cart and all of them are marked as unavailable. Sorry for such unpopular step, but we believe you will find many other interesting models in our Online Shop.

WEBSITE CHANGES (18.09.2008)

1. We have improved Smart Search function:
a) Now you can easily set up the filter and the setting will not disappear after the search is done.

b) There are two new checkboxes: "news" and "only available product". Now you can easily search for new releases in 1/72 scale (choose 1/72 scale and check "news") or you can search for all available products from EDUARD plastic models in 1/48 scale (choose scale 1/48, product = aircraft, producer = Eduard and check "only available product"). A more complex search may take a while before the search is done.

2. When logged in, you can easily add any product to your "Wish List". Every time you add any product to that list, it will be shown to you. Then just press "Back" in your browser and you will be back where you were. You can store items in your Wish List for how long you need. If you need to put any product from Wish List to your shopping cart, just see your Wish List and click on "buy". If you wish to delete any item, just click on "delete". You can delete all products at once, if you need, by clicking on "Delete ALL items".

3. We moved icon with "Stock Level" under product properties, so it can be easily seen everytime you look at the detail page. If any item is not in stock, availability field will be shown. If any product is no longer available, you cannot add it to shopping cart and in right-upper corner is shown "unavailable" in red background.

NEW RANGE - ADVANCED MODELING PRODUCTS (09.09.2008)

Weare proud to offer you now a completely new range of masks from Russianproducer AM Products. For start it is 20 masks for airplanes in 1/32and 1/48 scale, but later on we will bring you also masks for AFV inscale 1/35. You can find instructions on detail of each product (see it here). You can paint national insignia by using these masks and can fully replace wet decals if necessary. You can see couple of pictures how it looks right here: model F6F , model P-51D and model PBY-5A.

NEW PAYMENT METHOD

We are glad to announce that we are now accepting payments by PAYPAL. Since we do not keep everything in stock and system cannot know exact weight of the parcel, we have decided to use PAYPAL Payment Request that you will receive as soon as we complete your order, just make sure that you fill in correctly your e-mail address, otherwise we will not be able to send this request to you. You will also see real shipping costs from this Payment Request and after we receive your payment we will despatch your order (we despatch non-EU orders on Fridays, EU orders on Wednesdays plus Fridays). If we do not receive your payment within one week, we will cancel your order and you will be asked for a different payment method in case of future order. We believe this will help out to those people in the world who have a credit card but is not supported by 3D Secure system. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me.

SHIPPING RATES
When placing your order, shipping will be set for 16 EUR (for EUROPE) and for 18 EUR (for WORLD) no matter if you choose lower shipping. Reason is our new online payment system called 3D Secure that will not allow us to charge you higher shipping than you chose in your order (many people cannot imagine how "heavy" plastic kits can be).

AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED WE WILL ONLY CHARGE ACTUAL SHIPPING RATE.

E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR RECLAMATIONS
Since we are getting more and more e-mails with reclamations with ordered items and it is not quite easy to look for it after some weeks and find it, we have decided to create new e-mail contacts just for this purpose: reclamation@modelimex.cz or reclamation@modelimex.com.

Use catalogue number and item's name (according to invoice sent to you) as SUBJECT of your e-mail and write us a brief reclamation (if possible, use printed instructions and numbering of parts) about any missing parts. Please, do not forget to write down your contact address and e-mail where we can reach you. Most common reclamation is missing part, so it will be very useful if you can send a scan of instructions with marked missing parts. Thank you for understanding and wish you no reclamations in the future.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ONLINE PAYMENT

There are some rules for online credit card payments using 3D Secure system. When you make the online payment, money are only reserved on your account for this order, it is not actually charged to your card yet. If we cannot despatch the order within 20 days, we will ask you for making a new online payment (by using this link) before we despatch your order. More info about payment method can be found here.

Payment Gateway called 3D Secure Ceska Sporitelna will provide you with secure form. All of your information is protected with strong 128-bit SSL encryption before traveling over the internet.
