ANOTHER NEW BRAND IN OUR CATALOGUE (23.04.2013)
We happy to introduce you a new Czech brand producing injection models in 1/144 scale - MARK 1 MODELS. This company is known as 4+ or Mark 1 Guide publisher, now they overtook production of 1/144 airplanes from ATTACK HOBBY KITS and will be producing more kits in this scale.

A NEW BRAND IN OUR CATALOGUE (28.03.2013)
We happy to introduce you a new Czech brand producing vacu canopies for aircraft in 1/48 and 1/72 scale - AP MODEL. These canopies are made from the same material as Rob Taurus canopies, this producer makes interesting sets for various Czech producers of plastic models (like Sword, RS Model or AZ Model) offering 3-4 canopies for aircraft made by one company. The price of one canopy is lower than in case of "one-canopy-set" which could be interested for many modellers. It is very young company, but we believe their products will become very popular like Rob Taurus or Pavla canopies.

EDUARD's MiG-15 DELAYED - UPDATED (09.10.2012)
Due to problems with form of MiG-15 bis, EDUARD decided to move release of model 2113 MiG-15/MiG-15bis to January 2013. If the model is not ready in January, it will be released a month (or a few months) later. There is a PROFIPACK version (EDU-07057) announced for November/December 2012, but it will be released one month after releasing of Dual Combo model, so it looks like in February 2013 at soonest, but more likely later than that. All your pre-orders will be kept in our system. If you wish to cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding.
There are also several PE sets that were moved from November 2012 to next year 2013: 72543, 72549, 73463 and mask CX342.

RVHP COMPANY CLOSED (19.07.2012)
We are sorry to inform you that RVHP company has temporarily closed their business. There is a slight chance that he could start over in winter 2012, so we will have to remain patient and hope for good news. Therefore all open orders cannot be processed at the moment, we will keep them in our system and will inform you when RVHP is back in the business. If you wish to cancel any pre-order you made in the past, please send us e-mail about the cancellation. Thank you for understanding.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Please note, that we despatch all EU orders usually on Tuesday and Friday (from time to time on Thursday), and all non-EU orders every Friday (we have to clear all non-EU orders in the Customs Office that is located in a different town, so we cannot do it daily, but weekly). If there is a state holiday on any of our "despatch days", we will ship the order the closest day after or before. Thank you for understanding.

When placing your order, shipping will be set for 16 EUR (for EUROPE) and for 18 EUR (for WORLD) no matter if you choose lower shipping. Reason is our new online payment system called 3D Secure that will not allow us to charge you higher shipping than you chose in your order (many people cannot imagine how "heavy" plastic kits can be).

AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED WE WILL ONLY CHARGE ACTUAL SHIPPING RATE.

We are glad to announce that we are now accepting payments by PAYPAL. Since we do not keep everything in stock and system cannot know exact weight of the parcel, we have decided to use PAYPAL Payment Request that you will receive as soon as we complete your order, just make sure that you fill in correctly your e-mail address, otherwise we will not be able to send this request to you. You will also see real shipping costs from this Payment Request and after we receive your payment we will despatch your order (we despatch non-EU orders on Fridays, EU orders on Wednesdays plus Fridays). If we do not receive your payment within one week, we will cancel your order and you will be asked for a different payment method in case of future order. We believe this will help out to those people in the world who have a credit card but is not supported by 3D Secure system. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me.

E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR CLAIMS
Since we are getting more and more e-mails with claims with ordered items and it is not quite easy to look for it after some weeks and find it, we have decided to create new e-mail contacts just for this purpose: reclamation@modelimex.cz or reclamation@modelimex.com.

Use catalogue number and item's name (according to invoice sent to you) as SUBJECT of your e-mail and write us a brief claim (if possible, use printed instructions and numbering of parts) about any missing parts. Please, do not forget to write down your contact address and e-mail where we can reach you. Most common claim is missing part, so it will be very useful if you can send a scan of instructions with marked missing parts. Thank you for understanding and wish you no claims in the future.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ONLINE PAYMENT

There are some rules for online credit card payments using 3D Secure system. When you make the online payment, money are only reserved on your account for this order, it is not actually charged to your card yet. If we cannot despatch the order within 20 days, we will ask you for making a new online payment (by using this link) before we despatch your order. More info about payment method can be found here.
