Wholesale Business Terms

PRICE LIST
We can send your our latest price list in XLS or PDF file. All I need from you is a proof that you own a model shop or run internet shop (e.g. copy of your business licence, company's website etc). Please, send us these information about your company to our e-mail.

MINIMUM ORDER
We have minimum order of 200 EUR, although we recommend orders around 700 EUR or more, this way shipping is around 3-7% (and not 10-15% in case of small order). Overseas shipping rates are quite different, but we have experience with shipping around 15-20% of parcel value (30% in case of books) - it all depends on total value of your order. If the order is small then shipping might get to 40% of parcel value.

PAYMENT TERMS
For our new partners we ask for pre-payments if paid by bank transfer, business cheque or money order. You can also pay with your credit card, then we will need to know details or we will provide you with link to complete Online Payment on secured payment gateway. After some time of smooth cooperation we will agree to give you 2-3 weeks for paying our invoices.

SHIPPING COSTS
We charge the real shipping costs either by Air or Surface Mail (Czech Post Office, 1-3 weeks) or by General Parcel (5-7 days guaranteed, fair prices, only for EUROPE countries). Just ask us for an excel sheet with postage calculated to your country.

DELIVERY TIME
We do not keep all items listed in our Online Shop in stock. Almost all resin kits are made based on orders, so it may take some time before we actually can have them in stock for you. You can see approximate re-stocking time of each item on our website (if you open product's detail, you will see "Availability"). We usually despatch the order within 2-3 weeks after we receive your order. If you order items that we can restock quickly, we are able to despatch your order within one week.

NEWSLETTERS
If you wish to be informed about new and future releases that are regularly added to our catalogue, we can add your e-mail to our mailing list. Then you will be able to get these information approx. once a week. You will be also recieving every important information from us. Just let us know if you prefer XLS or PDF files.

You can register in our Online Shop and if I have a proof that you own a model shop or run internet shop, I will open wholesale prices for you, so you can place your orders online. Of course, we accept orders by e-mail or by fax (00420-417-569596 - office fax).
