We are sorry but from 22.08.2025 we cannot send any shipments to USA.
Choose your region to see the shipping rates. If your parcel weighs over 2 kg, the shipping will obviously increase (call us for the quote). In this case we will contact you by e-mail and when the parcel is ready for shipping we will charge you only what we pay. The following prices apply regardless of how many items you order. Ordered items will be dispatched within 48 hours (at latest) of receipt of your order in case that all of them are currently in stock. If we anticipate that there will be a significant delay in getting out-of-stock items, we will let you know and give you the option to continue waiting or cancel your order (and make a new one when the rest of items is available).
IMPORTANT NOTE
When placing your order, shipping will be set for 2kg rate. Reason is our the online payment system 3D-Secure that will not allow us to charge you higher shipping than you chose in your order.
AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED WE WILL ONLY CHARGE ACTUAL SHIPPING RATE.
Options for Czech Post:
Standard Parcel - this is the most usual way (Air Mail). This should take about 1-2 weeks. Shipments to Russia may take now about 4-6 weeks (according to our current experiences). We can send 1kg parcels as the lightest ones... Then we can ship any weight, but the price rises accordingly (in the table below you can see 2kg rates).
You can also use Economy Mail, but it is very unpredictable, so the delivery time cannot be told at all (once it takes a week, next time it may take 2 months). But if you are willing to accept this fact, please indicate it in your order manually - it is slightly cheaper (approx. 2 EUR). See the table below.
We are sorry but all cheap options that we could use for past 20+ years are now cancelled by Czech Post (since 01.01.2026), as in the international registered packages can only contain documents and not goods or any other merchandise.
For European destinations we recommend to use PPL/DHL or GLS options as the rates from Czech Post are too expensive

Obviously we cannot guarantee the shipping delivery timescale as it relies on services without our control, but we will make every effort to dispatch your merchandise as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Please note, that we despatch all EU and non-EU (except packages to Russia or Belarus) orders usually on Tuesday and Friday (from time to time on Thursday), and all orders heading to Russia or Belarus every Friday (we have to clear them at the Customs Office that is located in a different town, so we cannot do it daily, but weekly). If there is a state holiday on any of our "despatch days", we will ship the order the closest day after or before. Thank you for understanding.
